The Crowne Plaza Aire is located at 3 Appletree Square, Bloomington, MN 55425.

Parking in the ramp is free for event attendees; please be sure to park in hotel guest parking spots as the ramp is shared with tenants. 

For best access to the Aire Ballroom: 

Park on the top floor of the ramp, and enter the hotel via the skyway. Look for the A Frame sign with the new MBAA logo; photos below for reference.

Walk past the pool and look for the check in table.
